A search found no comps
Try filling the frame with just the item, using better light, or shooting a different angle — a logo, label, or maker's mark helps a lot. The Refine search button also lets you add keywords like a brand or model to sharpen the match.
The results aren't my item
Reverse image search matches on appearance, so generic shapes can pull in lookalikes. Use Refine search to add keywords, or Filter to limit results to specific sources. You can also remove any individual comp with the ✕ — the average recalculates without it.
How many searches do I get?
Each account gets a monthly allowance, shown on the Check and Profile tabs. It resets at the start of each month.
Are these sold prices?
They're live and recent marketplace listings, so read them as asking prices. We exclude obvious outliers from the average so one mispriced listing doesn't skew your read, but it's a guide — not an appraisal.
Checking several items at once
After your first photo, keep shooting. Each item joins the batch and gets its own search in the background; tap the counter in the corner to review them all.
Delete my account
In the app: Profile → Delete account. That permanently removes your account, photos, and history. Individual checks can be deleted from the History tab.
Is there an Android version?
Not yet — iPhone only for now.
